Melodity Presents
This is Melodity Presents! A workshop and performance series in which creators identify what makes them unique, creative powerhouses, unleash their voices, and share their stories with the world, culminating in one-of-a-kind performances at some of the most unique venues and festivals in the country. Directed by Melodity founder Melanie Ehrlich, storytellers have showcased their work off-Broadway at NYC’s Actors Temple Theatre, online through the Atlanta Fringe Festival, on stage, screen, radio, and beyond, with these performances serving as launchpads for careers in film, TV, animation, and video games.
Melodity Collective
The community behind all of our work is the Melodity Collective, a creative incubator and community run by Melodity Productions of people from all backgrounds working to fill gaps and needs in our community not addressed by more traditional means. In 2022, Melodity founder Melanie Ehrlich started the NoHo Community Shabbat series, a free monthly outdoor community Shabbat dinner for local Jewish folks of all backgrounds to meet, eat, relax, and unplug from the demands of the rest of the week. With work not permitted on Shabbat, it's an opportunity to connect with each other not as "contacts" but genuinely on a personal level. All are welcome whether Jewish, Jew-"ish", or Jewcurious.

Melanie Ehrlich is your typical Korean-speaking Jewish actress from New York. From singing bison (yes, really) in Disney Junior's P. KING DUCKLING to church choir girl struggling with her sexuality in Sundance Grand Jury Award winner THE MISEDUCATION OF CAMERON POST, Melanie breathes life into myriad characters on-screen and carries that love for storytelling into her directing.
